Kate got her start working as the global immigration manager for an international staffing firm. She led a team responsible for securing work visas and immigration paperwork for thousands of expat workers operating in over 60 countries for global oil & gas clients.
From there she moved into process improvement, taking over responsibility as Implementation Lead and Data Manager for a global Dynamics AX implementation. Her next roles saw her in charge of a Global Project Management Office, implementing business process improvements internationally with work stints in Brazil, Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States. Throughout the course of her career Kate has demonstrated the ability to manage complex projects and large project teams to transform and improve organizations.
Kate has an undergraduate degree from All Saints College in Perth, Australia and a Project Management Certification from Duke University.
