Tom has over 20 years of international business experience, having worked in investment banking, oil & gas, manufacturing, technology and management consulting spaces. Most recently he served as the global CIO and Supply Chain Officer for a private equity backed recycling company. Prior to that, he was the Senior Director of Digital Transformation for a Fortune 100 spin-off, responsible for organizational design, restructuring, automation and digital transformation of the legacy business. Tom has established a career as a transformational project leader, working directly with CEOs and CFOs on global strategy and process.
Tom has experience with a number of ERP systems. He led the Workday implementation at a public oil & gas services company as well as a Microsoft Dynamics ERP upgrade and enhancement at a prior firm.
Tom brings a strategic perspective, commercial acumen and practical experience to all of Rana’s clients.
Tom earned his MBA from the McComb’s School of Business at the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Northern Colorado. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he worked in intelligence. He is a Lean Six Sigma Certified Black Belt and PMP Certified project manager.
